Introduction
Paladin Security Services, is a registered security services company limited, situated in Yangon, Myanmar since 15th December 2014, with registration No 4546/2014-2015.
Objectives
Paladin Security Services is a company rendering Security Services to individuals, families, worksites and offices, residential homes, industries etc. In brief, the emergence of a safe and warm social circle is the target of Paladin Security Services. Our company consists of ex army and Myanmar police high ranking officers who have served in local as well as international high level security positions.
Paladin Security Services aim to bridge the security gap for prevalence of Law and order as well as peace and tranquility in the country, offering our security services to those who need and require security measures.

(B) Security for Individuals
Security plans will be made based upon the needs and requirements of the individual or family.
(C) Security for international Sea Cruises and vessels
Security for foreign cruise ships docked at Myanmar Port.
(D) Determining Security measures
Upon request, our security services will assess the existing security measures in an office / home/premises and to look for loopholes, to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the existing security measures and to upgrade security levels where necessary.
(E) Security training
We will also give security training services to locally engaged employees from the said offices, industries etc.
(F) Security with advanced modern equipments
We also extend our security services with modern electronic devices such as CCTV & other alarm devices. These devices include Walk Through Metal Detector (WTMD), Hand Held Metal Detector (HHMD) and X-Ray Machines.
(G) Security for religious events, social events, functions, entertainments
To give security at religious events, social events, functions and entertainments of all sorts either part time or full time depending on the needs and requirements of our customers.
Company Profile
Our Paladin Security Services (PSS) is set up with ex army and Myanmar Police Officers who are well experienced in Security matters and who have also worked alongside international security forces. They are:
(a) UTin Oo (Managing Director)
U Tin Oo has served in the Myanmar Police Force for more than 42 years and is well experienced in relating to the public in line with the law.
(b) Daw Than Aye (Retd Police Major) Director (Marketing and Legal)
Daw Than Aye has served in the Myanmar Police Force for more than 32 years and is well experienced in relating to the public in line with the law.
(c) Daw Zar Li Win Shwe, Director ( Human Resource)
Daw Zar Li Win Shwe has experience in human resource development and administrative affairs locally and internationally.
Recruitment
Paladin Security Services selects and appoints only those with the following qualifications:
(a) Retd: ex army or Police Officers with experience in security matters
(b) Reliable and honest
(c) Fit and healthy
(d) Age 18 -55 years
(e) Experience in security matters
(f) Good personality
(g) Minimum Middle school passed / graduates / Post graduates
(h) Teetotalers and non-gamblers
(i) Good Character
(j) Candidates who have passed the company’s written & oral selection exam.
Training Course for the security Staff
Candidates who have passed both written and oral selection exam will be selected and will attend a 2 weeks’ security course. They will be given a refresher course for one week on security measures after working with us for six months.
Further advanced security courses will be given to those with a considerable working service in our company depending on their ability and experience.

(g) Investigation by means of interrogation

(j) Facts to be acted on emergency
(k) Security by means of modern techniques (special)
(l) Handling & using of modern security devices (special)
(m) Traffic control
(n) Basic First Aid
(o) Fire control on emergency
(p) Leadership
(q) General
Paladin Security Services will undertake to invite in-service army and police force personnel as visiting lecturers to give lectures relevant to security matters.
(a) Mine awareness (by CID)
(b) Martial arts (by state level award winners)
(c) Parade subject (from Myanmar Police force trainers)
(d) Fire control / fire awareness (concerned fire brigade)
(e) First aid (red cross society)
(f) Traffic control (motor vehicle department)
(g) Foreign Language (by foreign language lecturers)
To invite International security officers from time to time to give advanced level security lecturers.
General
